Will Storage

Over 70% of those who die each year die intestate. This means one of two things - either they did not make a Will, or they did but nobody could find it.

The solution to this is to have your Will stored in a secure place, safe against loss, damage, fire and theft, and retain a copy at home. JMD will offer all of this and will provide a copy of your Will whilst ensuring safe storage of the original and also provide a courtesy 2 yearly review of your Will free of charge.

Service includes:
	Your original signed Wills are stored by JMD Associates UK Ltd
	Copy Wills are supplied for you to keep at home
	Electronic copies of your Wills are stored in a separate location
	Certificates of custody are supplied for you and to your executors to ensure safe retrieval of your Wills
	On proof of death your Wills and contents of the Living Box will be returned to your executors

You may withdraw your Wills at any time at post room costs. This will be advised at the time of withdrawal and depends on the service required.
