Deliberate Exclusions

A Deliberate Exclusion is an additional form and clause added to your Will to ensure that a specific person selected by you does not receive anything from your estate. It is important that you do this if you do not wish for a person to receive anything from your estate as if you just omit them from your Will they may contest it at the time of your death.
